That is what the Discovery Process makes possible:

new ways of being, new ways of seeing, and new ways of experiencing what it means to be you.

And in Level 1, you’ll begin learning how to use it to deepen your own transformation and facilitate it for others.

What is the Discovery Process?

The Discovery Process is a guided method of inquiry, embodied awareness, and energy medicine that helps people move beneath familiar stories and intellectual understanding into deeper knowing and Soul guidance.

Rather than forcing answers, the process creates space for insight to become felt, lived, and embodied often leaving people feeling lighter, clearer, and more fully themselves.

Why we built this

The training I wish had existed.

Before the Discovery Process had a name, it began as a turning point in my own life.

I had been trained to solve problems, intervene, and search for answers. But over time, I discovered that the right questions could open something deeper, allowing people to move beyond familiar patterns and hear their own inner wisdom.

That discovery changed the course of my work and eventually became the heart of the LaChiara Method.

Level 1 is the structured, yet magical beginning I wish I had when I first realized there was an entirely different way to be with people: one that honors the body, energy, intuition, and the wisdom channel within every person.

Over five weeks, you’ll move from learning the foundations of the Discovery Process to practicing Discovery Sessions with greater depth, presence, and trust.

Each week builds on the one before it, weaving together guided inquiry, energy medicine, embodied awareness, activations, and peer practice so you gradually develop the understanding and confidence to guide the process for others.

The Foundations of Discovery

Awareness, energy, and the wisdom of the body

Learn the core elements of the LaChiara Discovery Process
Understand the basics of energy medicine and how to begin moving energy
Explore the transformative power of working with body + being consciousness
Develop curiosity-led facilitation (instead of fixing, advising, or analyzing)
Begin clearing stored trauma patterns with Release Injury Recall Activation

Week 2

Learning the Flow

Creating structure and following what emerges

Use Repetition Discovery to access deeper layers of awareness
Learn how to open and structure a full Discovery session
Explore the Portal Activation — resourcing beyond the body and mind
Close sessions cleanly with Closing Circuits Activation
Understand Intention vs. Agenda — a core principle for trauma-informed facilitation

Week 3

Presence in the Process

Deep listening, empathy, and staying grounded in the process

Sit with someone and their challenges without absorbing their energy
Work with an activation to clear energy that doesn't belong to you
Learn how to begin and end sessions with clarity and confidence
Practice Inner Landscaping to stay rooted in your own body
Use mirroring and reflection so the person you’re guiding feels deeply seen, cared for, and understood.

Going Deeper into Discovery

Following SoulSpeak, energy, and lasting transformation

Work with the 4 Discovery Flows that best supports what the person needs
Explore Embodied Divinity Activation, that helps divine wisdom become felt, lived, and embodied
Learn to follow and trust SoulSpeak (authentic inner expression)
Use simple prompts and nudges to support deeper awareness
Practice energizing — helping people feel seen, validated, and resourced

From Discovery to Integration

Helping insight become embodied change

Create a field of deep acceptance through “You Make Perfect Sense” practice
Explore the Consciousness Wave — how patterns move from unconscious to conscious
Bring love and spiritual support to what has emerged through the Blessing Activation
Leave with a clear pathway for continuing your practice, deepening your skills, and exploring what comes next

After Level 1, you’ll be invited into our ongoing peer Discovery community. A space to exchange sessions, deepen your relationship with the Method, and receive meaningful support for your own healing and life.

Meet regularly with people who listen with curiosity, trust your inner knowing, and help you hear the wisdom within yourself. Bring your hopes, struggles, longings, and the patterns you’re ready to release.

Along the way, you’ll build lasting relationships, keep practicing the Discovery flows and activations, and receive support that can beautifully complement therapy, spiritual practice, and other forms of care.

This is where the work continues to live and breathe, where you unearth your aliveness, root more deeply in your truth, and let your wisdom channel guide your life.
